Overweight/Oversize Authorization
Permits obtained from all four county jurisdictions and TxDOT. Move window restricted to daylight, non-peak traffic hours per permit conditions. All permits carried aboard the transport vehicle.
ROUTE SURVEY
Pre-Move Highway Assessment
Certified route survey completed 48 hours before move. All bridge load ratings, overhead utilities, turning radius constraints, and pavement condition flagged and mitigated before transport date.
SPMT TRAILER
Self-Propelled Modular Transporter
Hydraulic SPMT trailer used for load leveling over uneven terrain and bridge expansion joints. Trailer computer maintained vessel horizontal within 0.5° throughout transit.
CHAIN OF CUSTODY
Hazardous Manifest
DOT hazardous materials manifest maintained from load origin to licensed TSDF receiving bay. Continuous GPS tracking logged and archived as part of the project closure documentation package.
